About the Artist:
I am a proud mother of two children, living in a village near a large city in Bulgaria. Crocheting is just a hobby. My grandmother taught me how to crochet when I was 12 years old. More than 20 years later, I still remember the experience and practice the craft. Crocheting gives me great pleasure as I make beautiful, lovely items with my hands.
Currently, I am trying to create my own patterns and unique models. I always use high-quality cotton yarn with resistant colors in all my products.
This free-form Steampunk crocheted wrist cuff by Bulgarian artisan Elisaveta Yardanova expresses the ultimate in punk attitude. The high-quality cotton fibers are dyed in black, yellow, and deep blue. The cuff is embellished with a polymer clay face cabochon that is a hand-assembled collage of tiny paper words. It also has plenty of glass and metal beads along with parts from watches. To add an even more unique quality, the cuff has one large tiger iron bead and is buttoned by a natural kyanite bead.
When cleaning this gorgeous necklace, be sure to hand-wash it only in warm water and detergent, and then reshape and dry it on a flat surface. Also, be careful not to scratch the polymer clay face during cleaning.
This stunning wrist cuff would add great accent to any party-time outfit, any time of the year. And, this wonderful contemporary fashion accessory would make for a perfect gift for any special occasion.
