In 1965, Lakeside Toys of Minneapolis, Minnesota, produced “The Different Word Game” known as Perquackey so it could challenge games such a Scrabble® as the favorite family word game. This copy of the vintage dice game comes with 13 letter dice, a dice cup and sand-type hourglass. It also includes a newly printed copy of the complete rules and scoring system, as the game rules on the inside front cover of the box are limited in scope.
This vintage word game is in good vintage condition. All components are in great shape. Only the exterior box top shows signs of wear: frayed corners, one split edge, and minor areas where the cover paper was torn from the original cardboard frame. Please review all photographs for condition issues of this game.
This 50-year-old word game would make for many hours of great family entertainment. Perquackey would be a wonderful gift for a child learning language arts, a language arts teacher, or a collector of mid-century games and toys.
