It’s roundup time at the Bar-X ranch. The cowboys are branding steers as fast as they can find them, but there’s trouble ahead — because Black Pete’s gang is after the steers, too. And, the sheriff and his deputies are close behind them! Don’t you want to join the roundup?
Manufactured in 1953 by Whitman Card Games, the Roundup Card Game lets you experience the Wild West, filled with ranches and ranges, good honest-working cowboys and the scoundrels who challenge their efforts.
Roundup Card Game is comprised of 44 beautifully illustrated, four-color cards: 13 Bar-X Cowboy cards, 10 Black Pete and Rustler cards, 13 Steer cards, and 8 Sheriff and Deputy cards. These cards, along with the rules card, are in excellent vintage condition. They are free of color fading, tears, creases and frayed edges.
The box, on the other hand, is in good condition. The box top and flaps are a bit worn from usage, and one top side of the box has a tear. Please look at the accompanying photographs to review condition issues.
For those who like games that focus on the Old, Wild West with its cowboys and crooks, then Roundup Card Game would make for a great gift or a wonderful addition to any western-themed game collection.
