This charming wooden walking cane from the 1970s is a beautifully handcrafted piece of folk art. The top grip of the cane is composed of Lucite molded in the form of an elephant’s head and colored tan and brown. The stick part of the cane is wood, and a silver and a brass ring connect the head of the cane to its shaft. The bottom of the cane is covered by a cream-colored rubber tip.
This elephant-head walking cane is in excellent vintage condition for its age. It does have some small scruff marks on the shaft, but the beautifully detailed elephant is in very fine condition.
For anyone who collects canes, this item is a great find. For those who actually use canes, this folk art, wooden and Lucite elephant-head cane makes for a great piece to show off in public during daily walks and other activities. So, don’t let this cane pass you by!
