Found in dusty display case of a neighbor’s grandfather’s antique store in the early 1960s comes this Victorian-era sterling silver pendant. The intricate detail of the metal filigree work of this pendant alone makes it an exceptional piece, but add two translucent green stones, and you have a genuine masterpiece.
The pendant is in great vintage condition, but shows no hallmarks. If you prefer that the silver be shiny, use a jeweler’s cloth to clean and brighten the metal. If you prefer a natural patina, leave the pendant as is. Please note that no chain accompanies this pendant. The piece does have several small circles where a thin chain can be inserted.
If you are a collector of Victorian jewelry, then this gorgeous pendant would be right for you. It would make for a great birthday, anniversary or other holiday gift.
