Mid-Century Modern Ceramic Ram

This stunningly designed ram figurine decorated with a gray glaze as well as brown and blue accents was manufactured in the early 1960s. This Mid-Century ceramic sculpture is fashioned in the style of the Italian pottery studio Raymor. The majestic stance of the ram and its large curling horns and drooping beard show great craftsmanship and make for a bold artistic statement.

The ram figurine is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or crazing. It is signed “Wood” on its bottom.
